Our refund policy last for 14 days after the day the item is delivered to you, based on the delivery tracking record. If the period is past 14 days, unfortunately we can no longer issue a refund.
We will issue a refund when any one of the following occurs:
– Printing error: the design printed is materially different from the item ordered
– Missing garments: one or more garments are missing from the order
Filing a claim
To file a claim, please contact us via the form below in this page with your order number, email used for the order.
If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments. Your garment may need to returned to us.
Upon verification, we will provide a refund equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.
Returns without cause
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly printed and delivered.
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we typically do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. However, you may contact us via the form below in this page and if we can cancel it, we will certainly do so!
